There was a business center that we used when we were there that was very helpful. The staff was efficient and friendly, and the room was very nice, too. It was a surprise seeing this type of hotel in that rural area listed at a VERY reasonable price, We really weren't interested in the gambling part of it, but the hotel looked good and WAS good. We were planning our trip through southern Illinois, mainly around Shawnee National Forest.
